Job description

We are  looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office & Training  Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week,  morning schedule).


This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain experience in an international and dynamic environment.

Tasks

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions between our consultants and client users

  • Manage calendars and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal pages (e.g., SharePoint)

  • Assist with administrative and back-office tasks

  • Ensure a high level of organization and follow-up on ongoing tasks

Requirements and qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Agile, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Responsible and detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills
