We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office & Training Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week, morning schedule).
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain experience in an international and dynamic environment.
Aufgaben
Coordinate and schedule training sessions between our consultants and client users
Manage calendars and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
Support the creation and maintenance of internal pages (e.g., SharePoint)
Assist with administrative and back-office tasks
Ensure a high level of organization and follow-up on ongoing tasks
