As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving how projects are delivered across isolutions. You will work closely with Project Managers, and leadership teams to ensure high delivery standards, increase transparency, and foster a strong project management culture.
This role combines operational excellence, governance, process improvement, and community building. You'll have a direct impact on project quality, customer satisfaction, and the professional growth of our project management community.

Aufgaben
- Drive project excellence through transparency, quality, profitability, and performance management and provide leadership with meaningful project insights and KPI-driven decision support.
- Shape the future of project management with AI-powered processes, automation, and smart tooling.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure project success through governance, quality reviews, and controlling.
- Continuously improve project management standards, methodologies, and Professional Services processes.
- Equip Project Managers with frameworks, templates, tools, and best practices that enable high-quality delivery.
Anforderungen und Qualifikationen
- Several years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Excellence, Consulting Operations, or a similar role, gained within an IT consulting or technology services environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, quality management, risk management, and delivery processes.
- Experience working with project KPIs, reporting, project controlling, and performance measurement.
- A process-oriented mindset combined with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and leadership levels.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
